About the Coding Challenge

Join Dun & Bradstreet’s ‘Quest for Talent – Women in Tech’ Coding Challenge.

The challenge will involve a series of Online Assessment Tests and short Interviews. The top 4 coders will win exciting prizes and also get a chance to work @ Dun & Bradstreet with some of the coolest new technologies. Participation certificate for all!

Registrations are open for Women with 7-12 years of experience in Java Full Stack.

Eligible participants can apply between 25th April – 03rd May.

Here’s all you need to know about the coding challenge

The online assessment tests will be based on coding assignment and MCQs organized on HackerRank. Participants who clear the test will then proceed to a round of virtual interview where our panel will discuss more about them.

Once registered, you will receive the link to the HackerRank Assessment Test on the day of the event.

You will be ranked on accuracy (score) and speed (time taken to finish all questions). This means that if two participants have the same score, then the participant who took lesser time to finish the test will be ranked higher.

After the assessments and interviews, the winners will be selected based on their various skillset, communication skills, thought processes and more.

A virtual event will take place on 12th May 2022, where the winners will be announced for the coding challenge.
