ESG initiatives in the past two years are highlighted - • Installed an additional 278KW capacity Solar plant at Pune in 2023, resulting in total capacity in Hexaware offices at 1.84 MW. • Availed 9.2 million units of wind energy. • Discontinued usage of single use plastic. • Two of our major campuses are Zero Liquid Discharge. • Expansion to low-risk tier 2 cities based on climate risk assessment. • We are certified for ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001:2018 and ISO 450001:2018. • Women employees increased from 31 to 33.5% • Leveraging Next gen technologies, implemented critical security initiatives like end point detection and response (EDR) monitoring, SIEM, etc. WHAT IS THE ROLE OF TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION IN ADVANCING ORGANIZATIONAL ESG GOALS?
