NCC Ltd was incorporated as a partnership firm in 1978 and was subsequently converted into a public limited company in 1990. We were listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange in 1992 and since then, we have progressed consistently, creating significant value for all our stakeholders. One of our first milestones was in 1995 when we crossed a turnover of ` 100 crore and within a matter of 10 years, we were able to surpass the next milestone of ` 1,000 crore turnover. By 2019, we had crossed a turnover of ` 12,000 crore, making us one of the leading construction and infrastructure companies. Our focus on EPC business ensures limited exposure to BoT and BooT projects. The company’s strength lies in the expertise and experience of its execution teams, which ensure timely completion of projects with quality. Owing to this, our company has earned respect for itself among customers, financial institutions, associates and shareholders.
