The pandemic situation has forced businesses across sectors to accelerate their journey towards digital transformation. What are some of the top digital priorities for large businesses, and how can Finesse IT help meet these priorities? While going digital was an option for businesses earlier, the pandemic has now made it a necessity in order for businesses to remain relevant with their stakeholders – customers, suppliers, their employees and business owners. During the pandemic, the biggest investments from large businesses have been mainly on implementing digital functionalities that allow customers to use services provided by the business remotely - from the comfort and safety of their homes. Employees have also benefitted from this move, as they are now able to service customers without endangering their health. In addition to supporting their customers, businesses are also looking at improving their efficiencies. Use of AI based- chatbots to support customers has been the most commonly implemented. Other efficiency improvements by businesses include implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) & Analytics, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Experience Management (CEM), Loyalty Management Systems, complete automation of selected business-processes through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and use of cloud-based infrastructure. What is the company’s growth strategy over the next 3-5 years? Finesse began its journey a decade ago – firmly guided by its vision to positively impact the lives of our clients and their customers. We keep ourselves up-to- date on technology happenings globally, and our experts in specific domains continuously strive to support our clients to decide on the best use of the upcoming technologies in their businesses. As a company, we are consciously expanding our solutions and services portfolio on digital transformation and on cybersecurity. We are also making strategic and highly targeted investments exploring new industry sectors, new geographies, and looking at the inorganic growth trajectory as well. We envision double-digit YOY growth, with a possibility of becoming a public-listed company within the next five years.
