The framework consists of ESG themes and parameters against which a company’s initiatives across environment, social and governance areas are assessed based on information available in public domain. The sources for such information include company websites, annual reports, Business Responsibility Reports, other relevant statutory reports filed to regulatory authorities and other credible sources for market news. ESG rankings were then computed for each of the Top 500 Companies and the top 100 companies based on the rankings were selected for the listing. Note: For the purpose of this listing, companies falling under Construction, Mining, Tobacco Products and Alcohol Beverages sectors have been excluded. Dun & Bradstreet
