Its manufacturing facilities around the world are certified & accredited by ISO/BRC/HACCP/Intertek/FDA/DNV-GL/NABL/TÜV Rhineland. UFlex caters to clients in F&B, Consumer Product Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Education, Building Materials and several other sectors that require packaging applications to present their product in the market. In India, the current cumulative production capacity of packaging films line with BOPET, BOPP, CPP films is 92,000 TPA. UFlex is setting up a Greenfield plant in Dharwad that will house a BOPET and CPP line with a cumulative production capacity of 63,000 TPA enabling the company to serve a large base of its clients located in South India. It is also adding capacity to its UAE plant by setting up a CPP films line. Consequent to the commissioning of all the plant expansions, the total capacity of packaging films would be 5,91,000 TPA. Backed by a strong order book, the company has doubled its capacity of aseptic liquid packaging from 3.5 bn packs to 7bn packs annually. The facility is also undergoing setting up of India’s first U-shaped paper straw manufacturing line at its plant in Sanand. To achieve complete backward integration, the company has recently decided to invest INR 582 crore in a new polyester chips plant in Panipat, Haryana.
