The company established in 1978, as a partnership firm as Nagarjuna Construction Corporation and converted into a limited company Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited in 1990, NCC has progressed consistently over past four decades. Today we are among the top construction companies in India in terms of revenue. NCC was born from a vision to provide world class construction solutions with focus on quality, timely completion, customer satisfaction, continuous learning and enhancement of stakeholders value. NCC undertakes civil construction in segments such as buildings & housing, roads, electrical, water & environment, irrigation, railways, power, metals and mining. NCC Limited strives to achieve enhanced customer satisfaction by delivering quality product and timely completion with safe working environment. We are committed to prevent Environmental Pollution and Ill-health & injury to our employees, contractors and visitors, associated with all our activities and services. We dedicate ourselves for continual improvement in all fields of our business and sustain QEHS through: • Consistently delivering quality product by adhering to set specifications, contractual, regulatory and statutory requirements. • Motivating and training the staff for continual improvement of QEHS standards. • Updating and implementing the procedures complying with international standards in QEHS. • Proactively identifying and addressing Risks and Opportunities related to business. • Complying with applicable QEHS legal and other requirements. • Dissemination of this QEHS policy through effective communication to personnel working for and on behalf of NCC and be made available to other interested parties as required. How does the company’s order book look like? What is the company’s growth strategy over the next 3 -5 years? The company has very strong order book consisting of varied orders and mix of central, state, PSU orders. The order book as on 31st March 2022 was ` 39.361 Cr. Major orders are of our Building division. The company secured orders worth ` 12,158 Cr during FY22 including changes in scope of works under execution. Order inflow is consistent in the last four years. Order inflow and revenue growth will be in line with annual plan of the company. As Central & State Governments are giving lot of thrust to developing physical infrastructure in the country as the way to revive economy, the company is confident of maintaining decent order book over next 3-5 years.
