27 Operations & Maintenance: CPSUs especially from Oil & Gas have started using AI/ML and data analytics to monitor major machines and plants process which in turn have helped them in running the plant at optimal capacities. Moreover, the use of AI/ML is also helping them in preventing and predicting equipment failure, plant maintenance and break-down. This in turn have increased the reliability and availability of their equipment, while keeping maintenance costs under control. Project Execution: Some CPSUs have switched to digital handover of all the project related documents.All the documents can are channelized through integrated digital assets-based platform. Procurement: There is growing adoption of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) which is a dedicated e-market for different goods and services procured by CPSUs.
