It’s important to know where you’re headed as a business, but it’s equally important to remember where you came from, and what it was that got you into this position in the first place. I have been asked this question several times. So far, Crayon India has had a very fulfilling journey and a productive time. We are here for almost six years now and comparatively new here in India. Despite that, we have been one of the fastest growing companies here, especially in 2019, when our growth rate went up to 75-80%. This success can be attributed to a combination of a few things, one of which is the way we approach the market which is in a very consulting and advisory way of attending to customers' challenges Crayon Software Experts India Private Limited andproblems. Lot of ourwork revolves around identifying the pain areas that the customers have. Providing the right digital transformation solutions around these areas has helped us reach where we are today. Again, we followed a hybrid model in our go-to-market approach, where we worked with both partners and end-customers. Working with our partners gives us that opportunity to address a large group in the market. Even in this one year, despite global setbacks and unrest, we have been busy improving our solutions and our business. We’ve kept in close contact with our Customers, Partners and Colleagues. They’ve all been fantastic, and really supportive of what we’re trying to achieve. What are some of the company’s key products and offerings? Crayon's core business has always been a client-centric approach using Software Asset Management (SAM) as its key GTM to provide optimal license offerings for our clients, compared to more traditional software resellers. Due to growing IT complexity and the evolving digital transformation driven by Cloud Technology - SAM and Consulting Services have increasingly become the focus area for Crayon, in addition to Software Licensing. Although Crayon is a "one stop shop" where both software and services are offered seamlessly to clients, the Group operates internally with two main business divisions - Services and Software. Both business divisions, Services, and Software are equally important to Crayon's business and complement each other to make Crayon a full- service IT advisor throughout the entire IT value chain - whether it's to software vendors / and or customers.
