We have always been a strong believer in leveraging technology for various services, constantly evolving with the time and staying ahead of the curve. We have been at the forefront in embracing the latest technology and solutions for ever-changing needs in our complex world. We also have greatly improved scalability with the help of technology. One of the biggest advantages of technology was that we were able to greatly increase loyalty factor through enhanced customer service with the help of technology. Kindly elaborate on your company’s innovation initiatives. What kind of outcomes have these initiatives helped the company derive? We have brought many innovations in our field operations as well as other services. We started reporting through M-Audit & EFSR for better transparency & efficiency. A mobile application named “MSF Veer” was also launched, through which our we provided online training to security personnel. We also launched another app called “Raksha” for protection of citizens and woman security How has the COVID-19 pandemic impacted business? What are the strategies that the company has deployed to tide over this crisis? Although the COVID-19 pandemic has severely dented businesses across multiple sectors, the impact on our business has been absolutely minimal. On the contrary, I believe we have actually emerged stronger during this period. This is largely because many closed businesses, shops, warehouses, etc., required security personnel to guard their respective properties during this time. It was a great opportunity for us to reinforce the trust our clients had in us, and so our trustworthiness has further increased due to our excellent services. Going forward, we expect that security services, which is a largely unorganized market, will soon become organized. What is the company’s growth strategy over the next 3-5 years? We have always believed in organic growth as one of our strategic pillars for development of our company. We are also looking to expand our business through suitable mergers, acquisitions & joint ventures. In next 2-3 years we are aiming to setup our operations overseas.
