An advanced in- Ori-Plast house facility spearheaded by skilled personnel focused on progressive product development has enabled the company to offer enhanced value for money. The products manufactured by the company currently cater to the real estate, infrastructure and agriculture sectors. Pretty much any sector which requires piping to transport a fluid is either a customer or is likely to become one. What has been the success mantra of your company? Over the last few years Ori-Plast has strived to become a solutions oriented company that provides end- to-end fluid handling and storage product solutions to its customers. The idea behind such a position is to better satisfy the customer at a single window rather than have her go from one supplier to another in order to comprehensively meet all requirements. This position would be applicable for all customers irrespective of their quantum and nature of purchase. The company foresees that such an initiative would benefit everyone including industries, real estate players as well as stand- alone homeowners. How has the COVID-19 pandemic impacted business? What are the strategies that the company has deployed to tide over this crisis? The pandemic to us has been a major cause of concern, as it has been to all people across the world. It has made us appreciate the relationships that we have more dearly and make the extra effort to nurture them even further. From a business perspective, we had been worried about the potential detriment in business volumes. While the lockdown did see a significant impact, the bounce back has been equally stunning. The reasons for this are that we were actively working with our partners and customers to cheer them up and assure them of business continuity after the lockdown ended. We have ensured that all of our stakeholders actively follow health and safety guidelines to prevent the spread of Covid-19 aggressively. This has positioned our fraternity to tide over this pandemic safely and emerge from it stronger and more resilient.
