Velocis kept investing in reaching out to this vast segment of customers and at the same time kept investing in internal skill development. As the story moved to Digital Transformation, our value proposition has gotten much stronger. What are the strategies that you put through, to make this journey successful? Our strategies or plan as you may say, are based on 4 key steps. 1. Understanding the meaning of digital for our customer’s specific businesses. This is achieved by deeper engagement with customers i.e. engaging with them across their IT landscape by discussing and understanding their real life challenges. 2. Selecting the partners who would support us through the digital transformation journey. We have partnered with Cisco, Microsoft, IBM, AWS, who have worked closely with us through the journey. 3. We prepared our teams to be ready for new challenges, to generate new ideas, to be innovative and to invest in futuristic technologies. 4. We have shortlisted, IT Infrastructure Automation and Assurance, Cloud, Applications and Managed Services as the pillars to help customers in their journey of Digital. We have been building innovative solutions, using Open API platforms, to fast-track customers’ journey of IT Infrastructure Automation and Assurance. We have scaled up our NOC and other service delivery capability. We have also taken our Software Application capability to new levels and are now a CMMI5 certified company. We also appreciate that today customers are wanting to experience before they invest and that prompted us to setup our Center of Excellence (CoE) where our customers get an immersive experience of live demonstrations on technologies that help them navigate their digital journey. How has this journey worked for you? Well, our journey has just begun. For us, the growing trust of our customers and partners tells us that we are on the right track. Along with technologies and solutions, we are laying great stress on Customer experience to ensure that customer is able to leverage the technology and realize the business values against the investment they have made. We handhold the customer throughout the journey, drive adoption of solutions and help them obtain successful business outcomes from their IT investments. We have recently been recognized by Cisco as their Transformation/ Innovation Partner of the Year 2020’ for the 2nd year in a row; for the Asia Pacific, Japan & Greater China (APJC), in the Cisco Partner Summit Digital 2020. This Award is a testimony to our journey of partnering in customer’s digital transformation by abstracting, automating and orchestrating network components and aligning those to their business intent.
