Leading Mid-Corporates of India 2023

History of Exports The journey of our exports began in 2003 when we had set ourselves a 1$ export goal – a goal that seemed very easy to achieve but required tremendous efforts. We successfully convinced a global farm equipment OEM that we could meet all the rigorous quality control measures and international standards. After we successfully executed the first order, there was no looking back. In the beginning, our offerings were limited to basic stamped parts. However, we have now evolved to supply painted & welded assemblies like the I-Match (quick coupler). Over time, we have expanded our reach and product range, and today we export components for farm equipment, construction equipment and commercial vehicles across four continents and seven countries. Export Supply Chain Our end-to-end approach (i.e. from design, process development & manufacturing to shipping, warehousing & delivery) helps the Customers to maintain a Just-In-Time supply chain. We have also set up warehouses in USA & Europe. We have developed such a robust export supply chain that we have never missed a single delivery for the past two decades. Even during the COVID lockdowns and shipping disruptions, we have ensured an uninterrupted supply of components which has won us the praise from our USA based Customers. Numbers speak In line with our Government’s vision to make India a US$ 5 trillion economy and to increase the exports to US$ 2 trillion by 2030, we have set ambitious goals for ourselves. We aim to increase the share of exports in our total turnover from 28% (US$ 16 million) in 2023 to 40% by 2024 and eventually to 50% (~ US$ 50 million) by 2026. Recognition We recently achieved the prestigious 2-star export house status in 2023. This status is a testament to our Core Values of Passion for Excellence and Customer Focus. Embracing Change We are committed to meet our customers’ and our own targets for decarbonization and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting. The sustainability initiatives taken since FY 20-21 have resulted in a significant improvement in our overall supplier score for all global OEMs. We are also mindful of the EU Carbon Tax & CBAM requirements which will be applicable from 2026. Post COVID, remote & cloud- based collaborative working have resulted in heightened expectations of information security. We have taken proactive measures to implement a robust cyber security framework. Apart from being ISO 27001 certified, we are also certified for Cyber Essentials UK. We now intend to be TiSAX certified for our European Customers and NIST certified for US based customers. Reliable Autotech Private Limited [ BRANDED CONTENT ] Dun & Bradstreet
