How does Bearys promote MSMEs for ideation and innovation? Bearys Centre for Ideation & Innovation (BCII), a first of its kind idea hub, was established in BGRT with the aim of giving shape & wings to new ideas and inspirations. It is an incubator for pioneering concepts from innovators, thought leaders, startups, educational institutions & industries in India & abroad. This initiative promotes innovation & heralds the transformation as a Global Innovation Centre specially for MSMEs. How does Bearys promote sustainability in the building & construction industry? From inception all our projects are based on “Green Architecture & Sustainable Development” . We embrace sustainable measures in Building orientation & envelope, design & architecture, minimizing solar heat ingress. Bes t i ndus t r y & i nnova t i ve practices to source local materials, reduce water, energy, fossil fuels with substantial energy savings, water use reduction and minimal operating costs as compared to any other grade ‘A’ projects. Attained over 95% renewable energy generation & use in most of our projects and specialize in on-site SPV/wind hybrid power to develop Net Zero Energy in all our mid-size projects.
