In recent years , Integra has undertaken several innovative initiatives to position itself as a key player in the financial inclusion, identity solutions, digital lending, and e-commerce platforms. The company has made advanced investments in AI/ML, India Stack, building subsystems that cater to these areas, thereby becoming a leading provider and system integrator in these domains. In addition to its focus on digital platforms, Integra has strategically invested in becoming a leading network player, by digi t ising operations andminimisingmanual processes.
