How have those initiatives ensured the safety and quality of its products? Weboast an in-houseResearchand Development (R&D) department, which enables us to continuously enhance our products. Some of the groundbreaking product development initiatives we have undertaken are as follows: A. Our all-round 3D leak guard i s de s i gned t o p r ov i de complete leakage prevention from the sides. To ensure the functionality of this feature, we conduct rigorous leakage tests in our lab. B. Wehave successfullypatenteda honeycomb pattern on the core of our diapers. This innovative pattern facilitates swift and even distribution, enabling the diaper to remain effective for up to 12 hours. C. O u r c o m m i t m e n t t o s u s t a i nab i l i t y l ed u s t o introduce high-speed bifold diapers, which not only improve sustainability but also reduce pr imary pack ing mater ial usage. In addition to bifold diapers, we have developed composite core diapers as well as variable Fluff - SAP combos. D. In an effort to enhance product safety and integrity, we have replaced traditional corrugated boxes with sack bags. This switch ensures that the product rema i ns uncon t ami na t ed during transportation and even in rainy conditions. E. Recently, in our company, we have adopted Process Failure Mode and Ef fect Analysis (PFMEA) andHazardAnalysis of Critical Control Point (HACCP). Both these tools have proven to be instrumental in ensuring product safety, quality control, and continual improvement. F. Our commitment to safety is evident in our conscious use of raw materials that are cert i f ied as baby-safe. We firmly believe that employing safe raw materials is of utmost impor tance in a l l qua l i t y requirements. How is the company gearing towards “Aatmanirbhar Bhavishya”? As part of our forward-looking strategy, we have embraced backward integration by sourcing a significant portion of our raw materials, such as SAP, PE Films, Non-woven, from within India. This approach not only reduces our reliance on imports but also aligns us with our Honourable PM, Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s - vision of “Aatmanirbhar Bharat” . How would you describe the journey of your company since its inception? What are some of the key milestones of the company in recent years? Swara Baby Products commenced its operations in 2017. Initially, the business faced challenges due to the relatively immature Indian market, which was largely dominated by mul t inat ional compan i es . However , a f t er 2-3 years, the market opened up, providing us with broader opportunities. As a result, we successfully positioned ourselves as one of India’s largest Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) for diapers. We take pride in being the exclusive partner of two major diaper brands - Huggies and Pampers. Moreover, we have expanded our reach to all three leading online platforms - Amazon, Flipkart, and FirstCry – with partnering themwith their own brands.
