Several emerging trends like smartphone and internet penetration, digitization of payments, explosion of e-commerce, prevalence of small and medium business (SMB) first Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications, and onset of modern technology offerings like artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning are acting as catalysts for digital transformation for SMBs. ƒ ƒ Omni-channel mobile first solutions like payment wallets, mobile POS (mPOS) systems, digital ledgers, and communication platforms are helping SMBs in their early stages of business lifecycle to scale faster ƒ ƒ As SMBs grow, they turn towards digital solutions that increase their discoverability and enable them scale their business through website, online listings, and social media ƒ ƒ The advent of e-commerce revolution means retailers and vendors across product categories, across the cities and towns of India, could run successful businesses by using online tools to reach a wider audience and scale across geographies ƒ ƒ As the SMBs expand further and look for improving their productivity, efficiency, governance and compliance, a host of SMB first horizontal solutions are making it easier for them, across accounting, taxation, HR, customer engagement, logistics and inventory management, process automation, and storage. We have partnered with our technology partners Freshworks, greytHR, and Razorpay to bring SMBs the first version of Digital Suite and we are working with more partners to add products like GST and business compliance, email, website builder, meetings, ledger, accounting, and analytics.
