Ltd was formed in year 2006 as 100% subsidiary of Aerzener Maschinenfabrik Germany and commenced manufacturing in 2009. Since 2015, focus has been on increasing local value addition thru localization of positive displacement blowers & screw compressors and a testing facility for both. Since inception, our operations have steadily grown and since year 2015 volume has seen healthy growth of CAGR 12% (till year 2019). In 2019 we crossed ` 100 Crore revenue. In view of growth in market, to enhance our portfolio across wider range of applications and enhance Aerzen Machines (India) Private Limited our production capacity we have expanded our factory operation with New Facility of 2,118 Sq . Mts reaching to combined facility of 5,441 Sq Mts which will be operational from December 2020. What are the key products and services that the company offers? Our products include Positive Displacement Blowers, Screw Compressors, Hybrid blowers, Process gas machines & Turbo blowers which encompasses all activities starting from Engineering & Designing of machines, manufacturing, testing, installation & commissioning and projectmanagement, to catermarkets in the region – India, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka. To support customers during after sales, we have established in-house service center for repairs/overhauls of the machines along with a warehouse for spares parts with optimum lead time. Our Customer centric Service Engineers and regional presence across India helps us further to cater the service requirements of our customers at their doorsteps within shortest possible turnaround time. Aerzen has strong presence in Oil and Gas industry, Chemical and petrochemical industry, Cement industry, Food Industry, Power plant, Plastics industry, Iron & Steel industry, Textiles Industry, Pharmaceutical Industry, Mining & metallurgy, Municipal or industrially operated wastewater treatment plants. In short you will find Aerzen Machines wherever Pneumatic conveying of materials is required or wastewater treatment is required and wherever process gas is involved. In view of current pandemic, we have re-calibrated our forecast for 2020- 2022. However, our goal is to achieve ` 250 Crore revenue by the year 2024.
