Since our company’s inception in 2014 we have been trying to figure out the fundamentals of doing business in the market research publishing business. The tricky part is to incorporate concepts from two business into one: namely e-commerce and management consulting. The journey has been inspiring as we have been able to be recognized as one of the most customer-friendly and dependable company in the business. b. We are the fastest growing company in this space. Our focus was to create a business model focusing on quality and speed, nevertheless, we’ve grown multifold both in terms of revenue and our employee count, c. Key milestones: i. Launched a first-in-class online dashboard aiming at improving product experience called Compass, an immersive experience about how our Grand View Research (India) Private Limited Swayam Dash Managing Director clients want to look at the outcome of their demands, completely suites their choices about what they prefer to want out of a report, ii. Maintained positive EBITDA during the whole of 2020 and 2021 irrespective of COVID19’s impact. We used the situation as an opportunity to restructure our leadership team to focus on process optimization. iii. Diversified into publishing reports on niche subject areas such as sustainability iv. Created a business model based on the concepts of JIT which helped boost productivity by 40% v. Introduced buyer persona- based product development vi. Diversity has been one of our focus areas.
