What are the factors that give you an edge over your peers? The key differentiator is that we work in the interest of the customer; for us customer is always right. Our solutions are built around customizable and flexible interface/approach as per customers’ changing needs. Secondly, we are the only organization in the space of Digital transformation where we provide end to end services for a lifecycle of a document having inhouse capabilities in – Printing, digitization, content management, information storage, record storage and finally pulping/shredding. With a vision to cross 500 Crores by 2025, CBSL has developed a growth engine based on a culture that is constantly learning and reengineering itself – ready for the fast changing demands of the customers. What is your company’s growth strategy for next 3-5 years? CBSL in coming years will focus on three major segments – Business Process Re- engineering, Digital transformation, and Banking Automation. It is strongly felt that with the new digital wave that is overtaking Indian way of doing business, there is a huge scope to align ourselves with organizations in their digital and business process re-invention. With our existing technology background being CMMI Level V company, we are primed to leapfrog in this space. Our goal is to become a partner to our customers in their transformational journey when it comes to information consumption. Similarly, the banking space is being revolutionized with green initiatives which makes us part of this revolution having already an installation base of 4000+ such installations generating 65 MW solar energy on a daily basis.
