52 Experts' View Leading SMEs of India 2021 How would you describe the journey of your company since its inception? What are some of the key milestones of the company in recent years? We have had a very exciting and eventful journey spanning a little over a decade now; a journey that has been filled with discovering value and fueling growth. When we launched Unyscape in 2009, we started out as a product company. The idea was to help small & medium enterprises to be able to leverage the advantage of the world wide web and to help a primarily inward looking cohort, look outwards. As founders, we had come together from marquee organizations and had a wealth of experience but limited access to capital. The funding environment at that time, of course, wasn’t as robust as it is now. With the growth of the internet, what was growing exponentially, at the time though was the demand for digital marketing services. It is at this time that we made a pivot and begun to help these companies reap the advantage of digital marketing as a service. We took a leap once again in 2016 when we built a strong tech team that was equipped to offer web & mobile development services. Subsequently we went on to add a strong web & mobile analytics vertical. Over the last two years Unyscape Infocom Private Limited Sudhir Rohilla Founder & Chief Executive Officer or so we have been steadily increasing our offerings to include a whole lot of emerging technologies such as Machine Learning, AI, Cloud, DevOps andmore, that can automate and accelerate processes. Importantly, we partner strongly with our clients to offer integrated, end-to-end solutions that help them move up the value chain. What are some of the key products / services offered by the company? Today we offer multi-disciplinary services all of which are aimed towards giving both startups and established enterprises the ability to scale. What are some of the innovative initiatives taken by your company in recent years? How have those initiatives helped your organization? As detailed above, while we have steadily been moving up the value chain, I would think the biggest value that we bring to the table today is our ability to offer integrated, end-to-end solutions both for startups as well as legacy organizations. A potent advantage that we offer to our clients, who are in varying stages of growth, is that they no longer need to work in silos as we offer comprehensive solutions that accelerate their growth trajectory.
