Microscan was established in 1999 as a system integrator and evolved into a premium dark fiber optic leasing company with extensive fiber coverage in Mumbai & Pune . Our journey has been outstanding in terms of growth and the success. We are constantly upgrading our equipment, upskilling our team, and improving service standards, which has resulted in a 57% increase in the number of new connections as compared to FY 20-21. We have achieved many significant milestones throughout our journey including the Udyog Shree Award in 2011, and the Maharashtra Business Excellence Award in August 2016. We also received our UL-NLD (National Long Distance) License in 2016, broadening our scope of Microscan Infocommtech Private Limited Sandeep Donde Founder & Managing Director services and helping us demonstrate our expertise in the telecom space. What are some of the key products / services offered by the company? Microscan offers complete solutions for Network and Infrastructure, covering SD-WAN Connectivity Solutions, Ultra-low Latency Solutions, Data Center Interconnect Solutions, Internet Leased Lines, Peering Solutions, Dark Fiber, and Network Management Services. We also offer a full suite of managed services, like a 24x7x365 managed NOC , cloud migration and management, cloud security services, and SIEM/SOC . What is your company’s growth strategy for the next 3-5 years? Microscan intends to grow substantially in the coming years through various organic and inorganic routes. Our first priorities are collaborating and consolidating partnerships with smaller ISPs across Maharashtra to see favourable results in terms of revenue growth for both the parties. Further, adding unique value-added services over the preexisting plans which is aimed to expand our customer base. We plan to extend our core strength, i.e., expanding fiber footprint across major metro cities in the following years. We are already in the process of connecting all the existing datacenters across the city with a resilient fiber backbone and are on track to do the same for all upcoming data center projects in the future. The technologies of tomorrow are both complex and exciting, which is why we are in the process of futureproofing our network while reinforcing these modern technologies for the B2B and B2C markets. The endgame is to establish a nationwide network and create a thriving auxiliary network-enabled service environment. What are the factors that set you apart from the rest of your competition? Microscan has deployed cutting- edge projects that keep it ahead of its competition, including the Metro Fiber Project and Ultra-Low Latency Circuits. We also provide the fastest connectivity to all the datacenters in the city. Our unparalleled last mile reach boasts a unique advantage – a rapid go-to live market time. We have recognized such a vast network requires an agile, world- class maintenance team; thus, we have more than 40 fiber maintenance teams spread across the city that specialize in preemptive network fault resolution. Our expertise, both on-field and in the NOC, is paramount to us in maintaining our technical superiority over our competitors. Our planning and commissioning are always done with redundant paths to enable the highest network uptime in the industry, in addition to compliment the current network.
