C Ramalingam

C Ramalingam is the Senior Director – Operations for Dun & Bradstreet India and leads the operations of Finance, Risk Management and Sales & Marketing Solutions.

Over a career spanning 27 years, Rama has worked with leading MNCs & Indian firms in India and Hongkong SAR. Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, Rama was the founder of a start-up in the InsureTech space, His most recent stint in corporate world was in Edelweiss General Insurance Company, where he was a part of the founding team as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Edelweiss, he was the Country Head – Business Transformation at HSBC. Ramalingam has helped firms launch new businesses, scale-up for growth and delivered a host of strategic initiatives focused around people, technology and operating models.

Ramalingam has led technology initiatives ranging from agile RPA & API based solutions to large ERP implementations, and design & deployment of proprietary technology stacks across Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Latin America & North America.

Ramalingam is known as an ambassador for change & transformation with a focus on getting things done and finding the right balance between efficiency, cost & controls. His abiding belief in the power of technology has led to many industry-firsts around digital and cloud across corporates and insure-tech.

Ramalingam holds a Diploma in Systems Management – National Institute of Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
