Preeta Misra

Preeta Misra is Senior Director at Dun & Bradstreet India and heads the Credibility and Business Insights Group, along with the ESG and SME verticals of Dun & Bradstreet India. She is the chairperson of the Anti-Sexual Harassment Committee and leads diversity for Dun & Bradstreet India.

She is a business leader who manages different business P&Ls successfully including the self-rating business. Apart from this she is responsible for growing the ESG & SME portfolio, and working on various initiatives focused on the Government, both Central and State.

Preeta has a rich experience of 27 years, including 17 years with Dun & Bradstreet. Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, Preeta was the MD & CEO of Business Asia Consulting Pvt. Ltd for five and a half years. Prior to that, she was the CEO of Invest India Economic Foundation for almost three years. She has also worked as a Financial Analyst with Express Investment Week, a weekly magazine published by the Indian Express Newspapers Group in Mumbai.

She has been a recipient of the President’s Award at Dun & Bradstreet.

Preeta has an MSc from Calcutta University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Birla Institute of Liberal Arts & Management Sciences, Kolkata. She has also done accelerated development programs at ISB on leadership and Leapfrog innovation along with accelerated sales development programs.

Preeta has been affiliated with various industry bodies such as being a Founding Director and Member-Secretary of the Association of Finance Professionals of India (AFPI), earlier known as the Indian Association of Corporate CFOs & Treasurers – InACT. She is a part of different committees for MSMEs, ESG etc at CII and Amcham.
