Saurabh Shah

Saurabh Shah leads the Finance and Facilities team in India in the role of Senior Director - Finance. Saurabh specializes in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, treasury and risk management and India and US GAAP accounting, having previously served as finance controller of the businesses in India, UK and US for D&B.

Saurabh started his career, now spanning 17 years, with reputed firms such as A F Ferguson & Co. and Goldman Sachs. He then moved to New York and worked in public accounting with Holtz Rubenstein Reminick LLP. He started with Dun & Bradstreet India more than a decade ago as a Controller, where he streamlined the revenue recognition process and played a key role in implementing internal controls. After 4 years in the role, he moved to D&B in UK to lead the European Controller’s team with oversight of the UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, and Italy markets. After a two-year stint in the UK, he relocated to California with Dun & Bradstreet’s Credibility business, where he was leading the Controller’s team and ASC 606 implementation till April 2018.

Saurabh is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI in India and has passed his CPA examination in the US. He has a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting & Economics from Mumbai University.
