Yugandhara Shimpi is a Senior Attorney and Head of Corporate Legal Affairs for Dun & Bradstreet India. She is responsible for providing strategic legal leadership and direction in managing overall legal risks and compliances, by providing legal counsel on overall corporate activities including commercial transactions, employment matters and general legal as well as secretarial compliances.

Yugandhara has more than 18 years of experience in providing legal guidance on high value, cross border international commercial contracts, commercial disputes, employment matters and policy compliances. She started her career in a law firm and then switched to in-house legal roles. Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet in April 2024, she was working with Tata Communications Transformation Services Limited (‘TCTSL’), where she was heading the legal function for TCTSL, primarily overseeing international commercial transactions, providing legal counsel on employment matters, strategic guidance on commercial disputes and contributed to policy drafting and compliances. She was also the chairperson for POSH Committee of TCTSL. Prior to joining TCTSL, Yugandhara has worked with global MNCs such as WNS Global Services, Syntel (now Atos), 3i Infotech and GTL Limited.

Yugandhara has done her LLB from Government Law College in Mumbai, and LLM in commercial law from Mumbai University.
